I studied a Bachelor of Education (0-8yrs) through Massey Univeristy teaching in both ECE and Primary School in 2005 and then went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, Administration Leadership where I studied along other Principals and Managers in 2014. I am now completing my Masters in Early Childhood Education. At the age of 24 along with my husband we started Bright Stars.

Kia ora. My name is Lottie Preston-Siaosi. I am currently in my third year of studying at Te Puukenga, Wintec. I have lived in Waikato-Tainui my whole life, but I whakapapa back to Waitara, Taranaki and Fugalei, Samoa. I am a mother to three tamariki aged 14, 9 & 2. I have two sons and one daughter.

Kia Ora! My name is Karilyn
In 2018/2019 I was working as a paraprofessional Tutor for HIPPY Hamilton. HIPPY is a Home Interactive Program for Parents and Youngsters.
I’m a mum to my beautiful daughter Havanah who is 10 years old. We enjoy playing games, doing puzzles, taking a stroll around the lake and spending time with extended whanau/ friends.
I love to see Tamariki having fun, growing, reaching milestones and having smiles on there faces. This brings me joy!

I completed a Diploma of Teaching ECE in 2015 and went on to do a Bachelor of Teaching ECE which I completed in 2017. I’m a Mum to two beautiful Tamariki Brooklyn 8 and Braxston 5. I am the Centre Manager for Bright Stars Educare
I believe all children should be included and are equitable, I aim to include family/Whānau and the community in the child’s learning journey.
I aim to develop and encourage each child’s social, physical, emotional, spiritual and intellectual growth and support them to be independent, creative and imaginative providing the skills for these children to be lifelong learners.

Tena Koutou, Tena Koutou, Tena Koutou Katoa. I have been a member of the Bright Stars Whanau for over 10 years now and still going.
I graduated from Te Tari Puna Ora O Aotearoa with a diploma of teaching in 2011. I have learnt so much while i have been at Bright Stars and also completed a Level 2 course in Te Reo Maori in 2014.
I love working with children and getting into the garden sharing the things that i have learnt, i would also like to learn more ways of upgrading these skills. I have a partner who shares our love of music and love for our beautiful girls Reese and Hazel. Aroha Nui
